Kaysha is a Congolese-Portuguese-French multi-awarded artist known for his unique Kizomba, Zouk, and other African rhythms with contemporary R&B, Hip Hop, and Electronic Dance music.
He was born in Kinshasa, Zaïre and studied Economics at Sorbonne University in Paris where he lived for 32 years before moving to Lisbon in 2012.
Kaysha has won numerous awards for his music, including three Kora Awards, which includes the award for 'Best African Artist'. He has released 10 studio albums as a singer and has made countless hits for other popular artists such as Blaya, Nelson Freitas, C4 Pedro, Soumia, Elizio, Abege, and himself.
In addition to his music career, Kaysha is an accomplished NFT artist with 2 sold-out collections on Cryto.com and more art sold on Foundation & Open Sea. His unique style and innovative use of blockchain technology have garnered attention from art collectors and enthusiasts worldwide.
Kaysha is the owner of the record label Sushiraw, and he hosts a show on YouTube called Club Shada. Sushiraw TV is a YouTube channel associated with the record label and features various music and entertainment content. Kaysha's work in music and art, as well as his business endeavours, has made him one of the most prominent artists in the African and international music and NFT scenes.
